If you are still wondering about this question, I have the answer! (: well first you go into the part where you create a sims, then after you create your sims and you want to create another one, don't get out of the creating page! Down at the bottom, theres a little box where it shows the sims your making, right next to it on the right of it, there's another box and I think it has a + sign and click on that and you can make another one. It usually comes up as a guy but if you want that one to be a girl, you can change it. You can also make it to where they're already married or just friends, or room mates or whatever.
