Make you and your partner "relax" on the bed. Once you are both doing this, click on your partner and then "try for baby". You may or may not get pregnant. You'll know if you are becuase you will throw up. The baby will come and you will get a few days off. The rest is another story!

U can't!! HAVE 1 CAUS I'm ON ABOUT THE DS!! THERE IS NO OPTIONS SAYING TRY FOR A BABY AND I REALLY WANT TO!!

I'm still trying the 20 day thing. Just started and I'm excited. Please try it! It is ment to work on the e rated (or 7) version of it on the ds. I've never heard of the 12 for ds! I hope there was a 12 ds though!

Guys to put the partner in the bed you frist have to buy the bed were to people can sleep in it it is the one this 2 pillows get that one then put them on the bed it wont work because kid plays these games and they don't want kids to do theses so I hope it works and remmber stop wasteing all your time on this you can't get a BABY!!!!

Okay, I will be as much help as I can. Ive owned sims for awhile now and I have had plenty of children. This is for XBOX 360, NOT the DS! So what you do after your sims are in love, they may be dating or married. If your dating listen closely. Walk to your bed and relax. Then click the other sims and an option SHOULD come up saying Invite to Cuddle on Bed ! So after you are cuddling , see if you have the option to " Make Out " . Click that to get the mood going. Click the sim again and then an option should come up saying " Try for Baby " , click the option and if you hear alittle music ( Rock-a-by-Baby ) after it's over you know your sims pregnant. Or in the beginning of the game when your creating your sims , get a toddler or child, teen , young adult , adult ... All that stuff ,, so hope I helped alittle :D Have a good day!

So kiss three times a day for 20 days then on the 21st day click amours and I should say try for baby.P.s. This if for sims 3 e rated version
