This is the winter wonderland karma power
You get this if you go to the clifs near the stadium there is a rock in a alcove and that should be it

If you go near the sport stadium there should be a little area and then there should be a huge rock. Click on that and it should come up with cast winter wonder land press that and you've found the first karma power

Just look by the stadium and there's a path that leads to a small opening, tap the rock then pick a choice.
