Hey, this is how, first you have to accomplish something, for example, if you get married, your female Sim will get her wedding dress, and your male sim will get his suit. If you become a top scinetist youl'll get the mad scientist suit, so and so, you just got to get to the TOP of things...

You can only unlock outfits when you apply certain jobs and when you get married.

Also you can move in with other sims and if they have that outfit you will get it to
