Axehead troubles and rice patch

Where can I find the Axehead I remember someone saying that you can get it from Dr Feelgood but I can't seem to find it.

Also how can I harvest the Rice Patch it says that it is ready to harvest, but I don't know how

You have to wait until you have got the knife. Then the option of "cut down" will appear!

you get the axehead recipe from mrs weeder and then you make it
