So very stuck!!!

Dr feelgood now wants me to get her a special curry dish, mrs weeder wants me to get her mangoes and chef wants me to get him a sardine and a lime :S

I don't know where to find ANY of these things so can someone please help me and tell me exactly where stuff is?
I know the mangoes are only found on another island but is that the island with the temple that you have to cross the bridge to get to?

When the chef asked you for the sardine and lime he should have given you a chisel and a message should come up telling you a tree has fallen. The tree is in the area to the right of him and with your chisel you can make it into a canoe. Use the canoe to get to the Island on the left. When you get there explore around til you get to the place with water. There is a mango tree there. Bring the mango to Mrs Weeder and she'll let you trade with her. Get lime tree seeds off her and plant, water and harvest them to get a lime. When you get the sardine as well (spear fishing) bring them to chef. He'll tell you to build him another fire and then you can trade with him for the recipe of the curry (for a brazil nut) p.s by then Mrs weeder will have brazil nut tree seeds
