Can anyone help me?
Hello I'm new to this website so I really hope someone can help me?!
I am so stuck How do I get a Lime, a hammer, or a knife?!!
Any help anyone can give me would be great

You get the hammer by trading Dr. Feelgood for the stick of wood. You need the puffer fish for it. The best place to get the Puffer fish is to fish in the sea at the base of the cliff you come down from after seeing the Dr. Fish for it when the sun is full and you should get it. Once you get it, get the stick from the Dr and head over to the crafting table to make the hammer.
