Question for The Sims 2

Ok well I've beat the game. But I was wondering one thing. In the rat cave where you can wear the rat suit, there are two little glass cages. One is big where the rat suit is but there is also a small glass cage, is there something you can put in there?

Maybe something happens when you do the cheat(halloween) because they said the game turns odd so maybe something happens when you do that cheat.
