Question for The Sims 2

This might be a stupid question but I can't figure it out Jimmy the Neck is at my hotel and every time I go near him he makes me pee and faint is there anyway that I can make him leave or what do I need to do? Thank you for your help!

You need to weaqr the rat suit to scare him,stun him then he will get locked up.
