Question for The Sims 2

Is there anything else to do in the warehouse? Besides talking with bigfoot,sitting on the couch, getting worthless fortunes, andgoing in that trailer thing. When you first enter it, it says, who knows what treasures are in here.

There isn't anything else to do in there apart from get a skill point in the trailer sometimes and find a liscence plate.
