Hello I was wondering how do you defeat the goons that are in your hotel. I am not very good at figuring stuff like this out and would appreciate someones help thank you

Either go far enough into the game or buy the Rat Cave and go inside(it's in the basement). You will find a rat suit. Put it on and you will become the Ratticator. It will teach you how to beat them.
