You buy the metal detector at the shop. Keep playing the game and do what Frankie says until all the goals are done. Then a new person will take over the penthouse.

You buy the medal detector at the shop.And you have to do all the goals for that guy and then I goth chick moves in.Hope this helps!!!!!
