How do you get the blue prints from Opium Alfred???? I have tried EVERY thing I don't know how???? PLEASE HELP!!!

First you have to have atleast 5 mechanical skills, then you can "break into" the penthouse, but you need to wait till Optimum Alfred is not there or he sends you back to you room. The trick is ..he is gone from his room between 6 and I think 10 pm the Concierge tells you that hint. Then you go in the penthouse and the blue prints are laying on the floor., you pick them up and take them to Emperor Xizzle then you get your new mission goals.
