You go to the place that Tristan showed you in the basement near the freezer and put on the rat costume. Then when you get outside press the rat on the bottom screen and sneak up behing one of the robots and press the top button on the bottom screen. Then target him by moving the second button along (i'm not actually sure if you press thata fter) and then use the laser at the bottom. If you did it right then it should be sent to jail. If I;m confusing you then just press the question mark and click on the bottons. Hope I helped (although during the whole thing I confused myself)

I killed them by wearing the rat suit you need the rat cave room to do that you might be able to use your water gun
