Hi

To stop the goons you have to go to the basement and at the place where a big blue wall is you go in the door and find the rat costume. Then you put that on and press the corner where it has a rat sign and go up to the goons.

When the light flashes that means you have to press it right away or else it won't work. It takes a lot of practice. If the goons go away just go into a different room and go back into the room where the goon was and he will be back there.

Hope I helped.
