Why do I get black background in the casino on my sims 2 ds game? Pleas help. X

Ummm idk why but ik how to help if you get that do thiis: 1:don't save just turn off ds 2:get back on game 3:if it don't work you're ds is broke sorry... :(

On there to fix it first CALM DOWN GUYZ!!!!!! 1.turn ds off then on 2. If it don't work leave then re-enter casino

A similar thing happened to me when I was trying to clean up an ick puddle. The only advice I have is to turn the device off, maybe blow the dust out of the cartridge. Just try troubleshooting. Also I know this comment thread is like 5years old but I thought I could be able to help anyone else who stumbles upon this thread and needs help
