Look up his location using the phone. He should be in the furnace.The furnace is located in the basement. When you enter the basement, keep going straight. There should be a door with yellow signs (two of them) beside it., one on each side of the door. The basement is located by the Brochure Rack. In other words, it's straight ahead of the Manager's Suite, by the Brochure Rack. Hope I helped!
