First you have to be marryed to someone in the hotel and from what I've heard you have to collect all of the licensie plates in order to have a baby

You can't get married or have a baby. Trust me I've flirted for a long time. All you can dois b ecome their best friend. Its beacause of the rating of the game. Only in rated Teen games can you do it.
