They will call you and tell you that they are missing you or something. I am a girl, so when Giuseppi Mezzoalto called me, he said something like this, "Hey _____. I am missing you right now. I'll be waiting for you to shower me with gifts/compliments." I don't remember, because it was a long time ago. Point is, they will call you, and they will hint to you they want to see you.

When you walk past the guy/girl and they're in the mood, don't romance with them just ignore them.
Make sure your not in the same room than them and after a while, they will phone you (make sure they have a room in your hotel) and say "I'll be waiting for you to compliement me and shower in gifts" Go to where they are (they should be in their room) and romance. I think you get a gold ring on your finger.
