You just have to fill the water gun up with water, which you can get from the pool on the sundeck. Then, press A at Lord Mole and he will talk. Go to the penthouse and talk to the robot. You will have that mission completed and get a new mission.

After youve told the mole person to jog on what do you do after youve got rid of the 3 side kick robots and are lookin for the blue print of the antenna? Were is it?
