Could someone plz tell me how to unlock the concept art for Misty Waters?Or any other concept art PPPPPPLLLLLLLZZZZZZ!!!!!!!!!!!

Ive unlocked all the concept art except for one all you have to do is find out a lot of peoples secrets and the more secrets you know the more concept art you should get. A message will pop up and say youve gotten _____'s concept art. Oh and there is no concept art for misty waters. To get people's secrets you have to become their best friend by talking to them a lot and they will eventually tell you their secret. Hope this helped :]
