When your Homer go fat by pressing "A" and you should see a ramp. You then roll to a sensible distance of the ramp face the ramp start rolling slowly and press "Y" it should give you a boost and speed up the putting a crack in the statue you have to do this about 3 times it then falls down a bit and the burger falls of her hand. Then do the same to the burger put not up the ramp then it's easy.
