Question for The Simpsons Game

Hey. I am stuck at the part where you have to get the pinatas. How am I supposed to get to the top floor? Please Help!

In Mexico In Around The World In 80 Bites?
You Have To Jump From The 3rd Level With Bart And Press B While Jumping To Bring Out His Cape To Make Him Land On The House. But First You Have To Make Sure That You Pulled The Lever On The Third Floor. The Lever Makes Air Come Up On The House So Jump And Press B When On The House To Fly. When You Have Flown To The Piatas You Have To Use Barts Sling Shot To Brake Them All. Once You Have Done This, It's Over To Homer.
