The differences mini-game in Chapter 4 is different to the one in the walkthrough and I can only spot 9. I think there is a balcony on the window at the far right of the picture which is a different colur in the two scenes, but cannot manage to select it. There is no skip button on any of the minigames as far as I can see. ( Iam on a DS)

Believe or not the last difference is on the bottom cobblestone street about half an inch from the bench.If you can't see it just click around down there. Good Luck
I also have 9/10. It looks like the bottom awning is a different color from the top one, but does not let me click (like mentioned above). I have the difference on the cobblestone.
I also have: the bar across the window on the left, the mismatched block on the left, slightly behind the bench on the left, heart on bench, top of tree, darkened block on window of toy store entrance, window above toy store entrance, and top discolored awning.
What am I missing???
