CLICK ON ARROW OF BLUE TEST TUBE 5 TIMES . ONCE RED AND THREE TIMES GREEN

If you are refering the the first poem mini puzzle you have to add the right amount of each colour of the poem which is 1 red 3 green and 5 blue doesnt matter which order you do them in either hope this helped
