Plzzzzzzzzzzzzz answer
1) how do I get to the little island on the first main island?
2) who do I give the wood heart to?
3) where do I find the mermaid?
4) where do I get a fishing rod?

Don't double post questions please.
1.You bomb the cliff on the northern part of Mercay island.
2.You give it to the old wayfarer.
3.she's on Bannan Island when you defeat all of the enemies in the eastern part of the wall dividing the island in half.
4.You get it from the old wayfarer after the marmaid goes to him.

1) The small island in the top right corner? You have to have the arrows. Go near the temple of the ocean king (before you get to the stairs) and there should be either a hole in the wall or something you can bomb. Go inside and kill the rats. Jump on the platforms and shoot the eye. A bridge should appear. Cross it and Kill the monster. Go out side and up the stairs to the right. You will see a laser statue. Make it point in a line paralell to the milk bar and the temple (make it point at NNW). Jump of the ledge and go to the spot where the laser is pointing. Bomb it, and a hole should appear. Go through and at the end, you will find yourself at the small island.
2) You give the wooden heart to Old Wayfarer (After you show him the mermaid). He is in a boat in the south east sea.
3)The mermaid is on Bannan Island, she only appears after you kill all the monsters on the island. You see here in the water (hut side of the island). Hit her with the boomerang to stun her and then go talk to her. If you scare her away, look around the island again until you see her. After you talk to her, go and see Linebeck and then go to the Wayfarer's Hut.
4) You get the fishing rod after the mermaid goes to see old Wayfarer.

1)You use bombs on an area on your way to the temple of the ocean king. It's before the crack that you can blow up. This, however is NOT marked by a crack. I suggest getting a really big bomb bag so you don't have to keep resupplying.
2)I'm not that far in the game yet :P
3)Destroy all of the enemies, and search around the coast. When you see her, don't move too close, or she'll dive underwater. Hit her with your boomerang. Apologize to her when she asks you to, and go talk to the guy looking for a mermaid. Walk outside, Ciela will say something, then go talk to Linebeck. Next time you go into that man's house, the "mermaid" will be there.
4)After doing what I just told you, talk to the man, he gives you the fishing rod.
