Question for The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass

Yes I just got this game yesterday and I'm doing good I think well any ways I'm at the part where you have to go back to the oceans kings temple to find out about the spirit of courage and there is a lot of eyes and little holes well I think you need a sling shot for the eyes but I don't have one did I miss it could some one please tell me how to get past this

I don't know what the holes are for, but the eyes are for when you get the arrows, you shoot them and something happens. Ignore them for now.

The holes sre for the bombchouse you get those on the goro island in the south eastern map

The holes in the walls are from the bombchus that you get from the goron temple in the southeastern part of the sea, the cracks in the wall are for bomb to be placed in front of, the pegs are for when you get the grapplinghook from the isle of frost and the eyes are for shooting arrows at which usually let you get a new chest, or open a door or pathway. You need to ignore the holes until you have the bombchu bag.
