Question for The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass
Im in the temple of the ocean king but I need the hammer, and I don't have the northeastern sea chart to get to the isle of ruins to get the hammer, what do I do?

Just go through the temple and get the map, you don't need the hammer until you get the map and get the hammer.
