You give them to the Self-Proclaimed Hero in the NW-sea. Then Give the telescope to the telescope-less Ho Ho in the SE-sea. Now you give the Guard Notebook to the Guard in the SW-sea. Finally give that tasty-looking wood heart to the Wayfarer on Bannan island. But the Wayfarer is gone! Travel to his ship in the SE-sea and give it to him. Now head back to Bannan Island for your prize! Hurry up! What are you still doing here? Get that prize!

The heroes new clothes need to be taken to one of the other ships (can't remember which one) and you talk to the person who owns the ship. That person will give you something else to take to another ship and so on until you end up with a new attack for your sword
