You have to make the red dragon's fireball hit the blue dragon by doing the tightwalk rope thing diagonally the right way and it should hit them and vice-versa. I can't remember what to do on the second part so look at the walkthroughs for help on that part.

What you do is get your Grappling Hook ready. When you see one dragon rear it's head back, sort of like it is about to sneeze, launch the GH in a diagonal direction across the post nearest the attacking dragon, and the post under and on the other side of the first. That will bounce the attack back at the other dragon, who will get hit by that. After about three or so rounds of that to each head, they will try a new tactic; they will destroy the first two posts, and try to bite you. When they try that, dodge and eventually the attacking head will get tired, leaving it's tongue out. Grapple it and the post below it, with the post coming first. Then hack at it with your sword. After a few rounds of that, the dragons will fall.
