Pull the 4 levers in this order from left to right: 1 4 3 2 to open the door. Also, on the platforms, if the blue is up, run from the first one then go up too the next, then to the left platform, then go down a platform, and then toss a bomb at the switch on the left of the platform until you hit it to make the blue go down and the red go up. Then, go to the platform that was previously blocked off by the blue blocks, stand on the blue tile on that platform, then hit the 4 switches with your boomarang in this order: 1st is top right, 2nd is top left, 3rd is bottom left, 4th is bottom right. Then continue on through the door to beat the third floor.
