Last power Gem

I beat King Mutoh's temple and got the phantom sword handle but I didn't get the letter containing the last power gem! What do you have to do to get that letter?
P.s., I mailed the prize postcard too, but never got anything

After you beat King Mutoh's Temple, and this is the same for waiting for the letter from Aroo and posting the postcard, you wait 24 hours (can be changed from your DS clock) and than you should recieve the letter.

If it doesn't work by changing the clock 24 hours forward, than just wait. Besides, I think by the time you read this, 24 hours should be up and you should get your letter.

I've waited for 1 month for the final gem, and I still haven't gotten any letter from mutoh.

Well, If you got a letter by now, and you still didn't get it, here's the problem.

The prize postcard doesn't always get you something. If it says "Congratulation! You win!" you won't get a prize, but if it says "You lose", you do get a prize. Very confusing I know. Just go back to the man of smiles and get another one to mail.

No, you can max out all of the fairies. It just takes a long time to get all of the gems.
