I'm stuck plz help

Where do you find the bow and arrows because I think I need them for the third time of going through the sea temple. Thanks in advance.

You don't NEED them, there's just a treasure chest or two that you can get from shooting some of the eyes they have there. You get it in the temple where you get the last spirit, but I don't know exactly where. Hope that helps!!
