You get it inside Goron Temple @ Goron Island. If your not there yet, just go through the game and eventualy you'll be there.
You will need to come back to the King's Temple for five times before the last. As you might already know, for every temple you visit you get a new item. Each item helps you to go through the temple's short cuts. Once you know what the items are used for you can help your self and make it to the gold mark in less time. The gold mark is your only Check point.
