My sister is stuck on chapter 1 playin in Jordan's or something like that. She's like stuck on the roof of a building and can't seem to get on the other side. What would you recommend? Thanks for reading this.

Can you specify whare she is in the chapter a bit? Have her search around with pan in bird or moth form to see if he can find a leaver to pull in raccoon form or see if lyra has to open a window inside
