I am stuck at the part where Lyra is with king polar bear and he asks me his first question I put in the right symbols (hourglass/globe/apple) and I clicked on the question mark to give me my answer and after like 2 seconds it'll stop and the question mark button turns red and I don't know what to do now :(

You have to trace the hand that moves after you put in the correct symbols then it will bring you to the next part
Sometimes you need to hold it down or something. Or maby you have put it in the wrong order. Try to rearange it.
