On ladida plains 1-3,1-4 and 1-5 I cannot find the 3 toad. Help!?

Past the happy Koopa and some Goombas are Para Bob-ombs. There’s an arrow of coins pointing up. Fly up and you’ll find the first Toad. Take the pipe to the next area. Here, run under the hill to reach a puzzle piece. Run across the blocks, then burn the bridge to find the second Toad. Perry gives a hint about the mushrooms and flowers ahead. Go through the pipe. 

There are three flying mushrooms here. The red one hops first, then the blue, then the pink. Go through the pipe on the right. This will take you to three flowers of the same color. Hit them with Perry in the right order. This makes the pipe appear. There are four mushrooms through the pipe. The flowers are on a Ferris wheel. If you mess up, go back through the pipe and try again. With each successful hit, the Ferris wheel spins faster. Be sure to do this quickly, as it will reset after a while. The next pipe has five mushrooms. There are two blue mushrooms and two red ones. Through the pipe, you’ll find the flowers scattered about. It doesn’t matter the order you hit the flowers of the same color, but there’s a logical flow to the arrangement. There are flowers above the pipes, so be sure to hit those. How quickly you complete the challenge determines what you see when you go through the pipe.

Through the next pipe, you’ll find jumping Cheep-Cheep in the water. You can only hit them by jumping on them. Cross the gaps and the bodies of water to reach the next pipe. In this area, water the sprout, then use the cyclone on the fluff to find the third Toad. Over the hill is the goal.
