Question for Super Princess Peach

In a few of the levels there are pipes that I i can't get through and they are kind of under ground how do I get those to pop up cause I need two more toads and I believe they are in the pipes any help would be greatly appreciated

Carry on through the level until you come to a yellow wheel, it looks like it in the background. Stand near it and activate the cry vibe, it spins the wheels round and the sunken pipes will pop up. Go back and enter he pipe. It's the same on both levels for the sunken pipes. Hope this helps.

Also thanks for the help on getting that toad....
