How do you make the tunnels that aren't up, go up? I can't seem to figure it out.

To make the tunnles go up is very simple. In Hoo's Wood when you are in the water there is a blue wheel with a face in the middle. If you cry on it the wheel will turn and it will say, "A Loud Noise Came From Somewhere!" You can't cry if you are in the water. Make sure you are next to the wheel when you cry and your tears are going into the wheel. Then go back to the spot where the tunnle was closed up. It should be open now and you can go down it. You will most likely find a toad there.
