strange enemy

How am I supposed to find the strange enemy that looks like a star? I know that it's on levels 2-5, 5-5 and 6-4. I have found it once and can't find it again. Don't tell me I have to complete tonnes of stuff to find it as I have finished, bought and found ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING.

I've found it once before but I messed up and ran towards it. What you do is use the L button and walk slowly up to it and hit it with an umbrella or emotion. Like you would any other sleeping creature.
