Hello everyone! I am stuck. I am in Jolly Roger Bay and the 7th star of it the "through the jet stream" level. I can't seem to get the star! Any advice? Thanks! GOD BLESS!

You have to have hit the ? Switch and unlocked Wario to do this mission. Hit the ? Box and ho to the place where the rings come out of. Hope I helped.
Become Wario and get a flower to become metal. Then stand over the jet stream and rings should float up around you. After the number 5 appears a star will appear then just wait for the flower power to run out and float up to the star
