I am on jolly roger bay on the 6th star (switch star of the bay) I have been told I have to be luigi ok but I
1.don't have him
2.have not unlocked him
3. I looked on a walkthrough and it said swim near the boat then swim to the bottem and luigi's hat will be at the bottem and gess what it's NOT so were is the hat or how do I unlock him I need HELP $connornike$ please reply A.S.A.P

Actually unlocking him would make things easier. You must get to the attic of Boo's mansion and jump into the painting to Luigi's boss challenge. Inside the challenge there are a number of doors, (change your DS sound to surround, it's easier) go through the door where the laughter is coming from to eventually reach the end.
On big boo's haunt go 2 the 3rd floor and solv the puzzle den you wil face king boo and unlock luigi. Den go 2 the room with 5 doors and 2 stained glass windows. Enter the door wid an L and lugi wil come out.
