Hey, where can I get luigi and Wario?

Luigi's Portrait is found on the third floor of the Ghost House (Area 5 in the back of the castle), you will need Mario to get him. Then take Luigi to the mirror room on the second floor of the castle, grab a power flower, then go through the mirror and into Wario's portrait to get him.
