I am having trouble finding the question mark hidden in the castle, can anyone please tell me where I can find it?

Dude, it's in the center of the castle where the light shines through and go under it and press x or the button that makes you see closer and look up and you will be in the place where it is!

After beating the 1st bowser go to the sun mark in the middle of the room. Look up and you will be transported to a secret area and you hit the ? Block and you will be able to get the Mario Wings.
