I need help on where the switch is to unlock the ? boxes (turn them solid)

First you need to get mario unlocked wen you do that go 2 the entrance stand were th pic of the sun is on the floor look up and you should do in a level and fly 2 the plat form there should be a switch press it and all blocks should be visable and does any 1 have xbox live

That question was answer a million times lol be mario there will be a sun carpet in the castle look up and the ray of light you will be warped to a different level just go to the tower in the middle and jump on top of the switch now the ? Boxes are solid.P.S. You need 8 stars for the ray of light to be on the sun carpet.

Depends on how many stars you have before you can unlock the area with the red box that makes them all solid.
