Question for Super Mario 64 DS

On the user cheats section it says to get Peach Mania you must get all 150 stars and get the flying cap with mario and shoot at the painting. I've gotten all 150 stars and I keep trying to shoot into the painting but it wont let me in or it's just not a true thing. Its driving me crazy.

So how do you get in????

Probably not a true thing. Even though submissions are checked over, many of them are still untrue. Thats why they have the Valid/Bogus options at the bottom of a submission.
