On the third floor, in the room with the GIGANTIC tree with the clock in it that you use to get to Tick Tock Clock, turn right. There is a light coming out of a hole in the wall. Jump into the hole. There is another hole in the floor. Jump into that and enjoy the course!

Go stand on the sun thing in the main lobby and go into first person mode by pushing X and then look up.
