Question for Super Mario 64 DS

Is there an easier way to complete tricky triangles in rainbow ride?
I can't get up the triangles before time runs out.
If anyone knows the answer,please answer!

Use Luigi for this level. When you get to the tricky triangles and press the button. Then run to the platform on the end and do Luigi's backwards somersalt helicopter move. If you can't get to the star from there, run to the end, then go to the next platform up and use the helicopter from there.

Yes, Use luigi for this level. Press the button and run to the end triangle and hop onto it. Then do the backwards helicopter jump move. Hope this helps!
