Question for Super Mario 64 DS

One that one level in Snowman's Land,where you have to get all of the um silver stars.How do I get the star under the ice areana with the ice bully without getting killed by the freezing water.?
PLEASE HELP !!!! I'M REALLY STUCK ON THAT LEVEL!!!!!!!!!
Whoever knows how please tell me.
One more thing how do you find and beat third Bowser?

Ok, sorry I'm late in answering this question. I just recently figured this out, but I don't know if you did. Anyway, when you just enter the place, go up the hill to your right and climb the tree. You should wake up an owl. Grab on to his talons and fly to the place with the triangular ice things that push you into the water. DON'T LAND THERE IF YOU WANT TO AVOID GETTING COLD FROM THE WATER!!! Anyway, Keep flying to your right and you'll see two yellow boxes. Hit the one to the right, and you will see a koopa shell. Go on it, and if your careful and a smooth rider, you can go under the ice arena and obtain the star. Just be careful not to hit any enemies or walls along the way!!! Rate this answer!
