Run in circles around the eye fast and close but don't tuch it.

As Luigi, go to the top floor of the mansion, turn invisible, and go through the wall with the ghost decoration. You should see a giant eye. Run around it until it gets dizzy and it will divulge a Star.

If you don't have luigi,you can not do this level.Well, where you get luigi is where you will complete this level.By the way you need to be luigi.First, get invisible by going to the balcony.Then go to the picture.You go through there.Just run around the eye until it dies.

To get there you have to use Luigi, then get Invisible on floor 1, and backflip up to the top floor, then run towards the screen, then go in through the picture on the left and run around the eye until it dies, you will then get the star.
